Account Security

Your password is stored using one-way hashing; we never hold it in plain text. Two-step verification is available and we encourage you to enable it, especially if you fund your account via UPI or Paytm.

Data Retention Schedule

Transaction records are kept for up to seven years as required by financial regulations applicable where we operate. Account profile data is deleted within 30 days of a verified closure request, where local law permits.

Third-Party Processors

PhonePe, Paytm and UPI gateway partners receive only the minimum data needed to clear each payment. They operate under their own privacy commitments and are contractually bound not to use your data for any other purpose.

Your Right to Access

You may request a full export of the personal data we hold on you at any time. Submit the request through the In-Account Privacy Centre or via email; we will dispatch the data package within 30 days.

Policy Updates

When this privacy policy changes materially, we send a notification to your registered email or mobile number at least 14 days before the change takes effect, giving you time to review and, if needed, close your account.

We collect your name, date of birth, contact number, email address and the payment identifier you use — such as your UPI handle or Paytm number. We also log device and IP data to protect your account from unauthorised access.
